We are seeking a full-time consultative sales professional with the commitment, desire, and work ethic necessary to sell data, voice and internet services to small-medium business customers. Our Account Executives aggressively prospect and sell to high level IT decision makers to uncover needs and applications that fit with our established offering of products and services.

Responsibilities
Building relationships with small-medium businesses and Channel Partners
Preparing presentations, proposals, quotes and sales contracts
Creating and maintaining a customer pipeline, hitting quota goals on a quarterly basis
Accurately forecasting sales figures and projections
Participating in industry association(s) as appropriate
Manage accurate data and record using corporate tools
Completing weekly and monthly forecasting and pipeline reporting
Developing plans for daily activities, lead generation, customer contact, channel support and structure of calls/appointments/follow-ups
Developing an individual customer approach that leads to a solid portfolio of new customers and Channel Partners
Requirements
3-5 years B2B/Channel Sales experience – Looking for a strong hunter and closer with the personality to cultivate relationships!
Knowledge of telecom services and associated end-user and carrier applications.
Knowledge of basic network design and local access services.
Operational understanding of telecommunications ordering, provisioning and billing processes.
Who You Are
You are an experienced, well-networked, and self-driven sales professional who has a strong interest in technology and solutions with excellent interpersonal, business management and customer skills. The ideal candidate should have 5+ years in B2B sales experience. IT and telecom sales experience is a plus.
You have experience with prospecting and have a track record of closing new business. You are a creative, passionate, and self-driven team player. You are comfortable working in a fast-paced and dynamic environment. Most importantly, you are excited about sales, building an amazing brand, and helping create meaningful change for our growing organization.
Demonstrated success in technology sales to small-medium business customers
Recent experience in systems selling, consultative sales techniques, and account planning including account profiling, account positioning strategy, customer needs analysis, sales opportunity development, service improvement planning, and long range account management strategies.
Technical sales knowledge and understanding of requirements for data, voice and internet services of small-medium businesses
General knowledge of sales and marketing principles and processes.
You are local with roots in the northern Los Angeles, Ventura and Santa Barbara counties.
